End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to Licensee's compliance with this EULA and payment of the annual licensing fee, PackC Systems, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy, execute, and run the Software within your private network under the following capacity rules:
- Plant Restrictions: You may only instantiate pricing, database rules, and active calculator configurations up to the total number of manufacturing plants/sites specified in your paid licensing agreement.
- Seat Scaling: Licensee is authorized to scale the Software to unlimited internal estimators, sales managers, administrators, and client portals for the authorized plants.
2. Verification Checkin Requirement
The Software includes a validation module that performs a cryptographic checkin with our licensing servers via HTTPS connection. The data transmitted is limited to the license key token and plant configuration metadata. You agree to allow outbound connectivity for this verification check. Modifying or blocking this module is a direct breach of this EULA.
3. Proprietary Restrictions
Except as explicitly authorized in writing, you shall not, and shall not permit others to:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decrypt the compiled calculation engine or custom FEFCO/ECMA folding algorithms.
- Distribute, publish, lease, or sub-license the container images to public hubs (like Docker Hub, GitHub Packages) or third parties.
- Remove or alter any proprietary copyright or brand symbols inside the admin dashboard panels.
4. Warranties & Liability Limitation
THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED “AS IS.” BECAUSE THE ENTIRE RUNTIME EXECUTION AND STAGED PRICING MATH RESIDE ON YOUR IN-HOUSE HARDWARE, PackC Systems, Inc. OFFERS NO WARRANTY THAT THE ESTIMATOR RUNS FREE OF CONFIGURATION ANOMALIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATABASE INACCURACIES, DATA LOSS, LOST BIDS, DOWNTIME COST, OR SERVER SECURITY BREACHES ARISING FROM UNSAFE NETWORK DEPLOYMENTS.
